Replays shoe that although it was an amazing second save by Krul, can't figure out how bruce contrived to miss that opportunity

Not dealing well with crosses, Jelavic, Long and Bruce have all had great chances

And we finally pay for it. Disgraceful that we have not addressed that glaring issue

Hopefully Sissoko is back after this performance, has been a waste of space more often that not this season.

Gouffran and Debuchy also having good games.

Colocini badly missed, but Hulls finishing has let us off the hook

Unfortunately he's a cheap tosser who does exactly what he is told, will be banned for 5 games or so, but wont loose his job.

Well at least this time it means very little! Normally happens when you desperately need it (Like MANC)

Just when you think Pardew cant possibly lose any more credibility he goes and does that.

    Despicable

A 4 1 win is going to be overshadowed by our tit of a manager

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 51,342 ✭✭✭✭That_Guy

Great win. Will be overshadowed but don't care tbh. Pardew was stupid but might be a blessing in disguise tbh.

The local media will destroy him now. Rightly so for what he has done, but after he has been a big reason why a lot of them have been banned they will go for the juggler.

Not a Newcastle fan, but that is idiotic.

    GET HIM, BOYS...

Meyler instigated it with that push no doubt. Obviously Meyler being ex-SAFC, he still holds a dislike for AP.

Saying that, absolutely pathetic from Pardew as a professional football manager. 3-1 up and he goes and retaliates; childish, embarassing and a testament to the type of figure he is on a football pitch.

Surely the club should know that a time like this would happen and this petty banning of papers would come back to haunt them. He will be dragged over the coals now (and rightly so as you say). Completely indefensible!

Me either, Newcastle should use this to sack him for gross misconduct with no compensation.

Wonder will we get a short term manager in? I hear Joe Kinnear is available, has won just about everything in the game and has contacts all over the football world

Ashley wont get a better chance to get rid of him with minimal compensation.

The FA will throw the book at him because he has form for for that sort of conduct before

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,710 ✭✭✭✭Paully D

If Ashley wanted to sack him with minimum compensation he could do it any time he wants to be fair. His contract states that he only has to be paid one year of money if dismissed.

    http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/alan-pardew-pay-off-from-newcastle-united-1503097
Under-pressure Newcastle boss Alan Pardew would only receive a pay-off in the region of 12 months’ wages if he was to leave St James’ Park despite his eight-year contract, Sunday People Sport understands.

Pardew signed the long contract in September after last season’s heroics and the club – which has seen plenty of managers in recent years – wanted to reward him and signal stability.

But it is believed there is a fixed departure fee should Pardew leave Newcastle for any reason – and this is understood to be for a year’s pay.

Im hoping for an announcement on MOTD tonight but dont think Ashley will have been able to get hold of his lawyers by then

I'd be surprised if he was sacked, he's Mike Ashley's perfect little puppet. He'll no doubt get fined & banned by the FA but I think he'll keep his job.

Shame Pardew had to go and be a tit cause the performance was quite good.

Newcastle used the counter attack very well and made Hull pay for squandering good chances.

So a 1-4 away and possibley seeing the back of Pardew. Could be a heck of a day
