    Looking very suspect from corners

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,161 ✭✭✭✭M5

Dummett taking all our set pieces, must be doing something in training!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,846 ✭✭✭Moneymaker

    Well this is utter toilet.

Fulham have dragged us down to their level. So they will win 1-0 with a scrappy goal.

I find that really bizarre tbh.

Pretty bad so far alright, Fulham closing well in their half. Think we will snatch a late goal here

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,161 ✭✭✭✭M5

    Top save Tim!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,846 ✭✭✭Moneymaker

Fulham are absolutely shocking, we really should be going right for them.

Look completely lost in attack without Remy though.

Jesus Cisse unlucky there, good save.

    That was a chance...

Both strikers showing lack of confidence there though!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,036 ✭✭✭BArra

at least cisse connected and it was on target :pac:

    its positive at least

    Fulham having a spell here

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,846 ✭✭✭Moneymaker

Don't know what people see in Holtby.

Watch him get the winner now. :pac:

Dummett looks like a decent footballer at times, not sure if full back is his position though. His control and distribution is confident to say the least.

    unbelievable tekkers mbiwa :p

Going to poke my eyes out with a stick at half time, cant be less enjoyable than this dross, can it?

And our famous 2nd half performances still to come.

Nice move by Fulham... More set piece let offs

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,161 ✭✭✭✭M5

    Jasis De Jong!!!!

Neither striker looks like they will ever score, both devoid of all confidence. almost 2 of drought between them and it shows

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,161 ✭✭✭✭M5

Awful in the second half shocker....

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,161 ✭✭✭✭M5

Making Fulham look like Brazil here! Absolutely awful at the back

Rubbish, Cisse you cost us this game

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,846 ✭✭✭Moneymaker

Laughable. Yet so, so, SO predictable.

Gone behind 11 times this season, lost 10

Made me laugh hearing the commentator say earlier if Fulham went behind he feared for them, not so much Newcastle.

Does anyone who's actually paid to watch football know anything about it?

Yeah, thought the same myself... Must have been handed that stat later...

so another loss then, no wins without Remy, just as well we have him signed up for next season eh!

    Struggling side? Need a win?

No problem, give Newcastle a ring.

Why are we always the fall guys in these type of games?

Been like this as long as I can remember supporting this ****ing club.

When you dont have a goal threat at all you will loose... Looking at you AShley/Pardew

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,161 ✭✭✭✭M5

Why am I worrying? Marveaux is coming on, a player certain to change the game

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,161 ✭✭✭✭M5

Really infuriating how much the towel has been thrown in already. The club don't want to push on, that of course feeds into the players who realise there is nothing to play for.... Fulham looking at least our equals without even playing well

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,161 ✭✭✭✭M5

And our front 2 are taken off, shambolic

    de Jong looks 'Pardewed' already.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,161 ✭✭✭✭M5

Good to see Armstrong to get his debut but embarrassing that he is being brought on to try and rescue the game. The strike force that is deemed good enough in January is obviously not. 2 goals in 12 months from all tree of our senior strikers today is NOT GOOD ENOUGH

He has been miles off form for a year, it shows too

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,846 ✭✭✭Moneymaker

    So...is anyone actually surprised?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,161 ✭✭✭✭M5

    Shambles

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,161 ✭✭✭✭M5

Couldnt be a clearer penalty than that could there be?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,846 ✭✭✭Moneymaker

Well I think the total lack of activity in this thread tells you all you need to know about what the fans think of the club right now.

    The season is effectively over...

one kick in the nads after another....

Well they are looking at the championship as well as making a substantial loss....

well I mean every 2nd year or so they get promoted etc and go back down and then back up again so apart from promotion/staying up etc there's not a whole pile else to get excited about..ourselves on the other hand seem to constantly shoot ourselves in the foot..we have one great season, fúck it up the following season by finishing 16th etc and be a shambles then for a year or two all the while expecting good things to happy :(

One step forward, 2 back. We will struggle badly next year. Cant see any reason why Remy would stay, the other 3 up front couldn't score in a barrel full of fannys. Other half decent players will no doubt want out too! Huge risk planning a rebuild like that

You could make a montage of all the chances Cisse has missed in this game. Hilarious.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,846 ✭✭✭Moneymaker

    As I was typing! :o

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,846 ✭✭✭Moneymaker

Great to see all the players go over to him. He missed a load of chances but he never stopped trying and never hid.

Now watch Pardew drop him for the next game.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,979 ✭✭✭Vurnon San Benito

    Papisto! :)

In fairness, he was probably MOTM for large parts today - thought he did everything right bar hit the net up until he actually did.

As mentioned, good to see that his head didn't drop even after that miss. Top marks to his movement all day, and to HBA for that delightful ball. So composed in such circumstances, his potential is amazing - lets just hope he can keep at it.

Can someone explain why Dummet is taking corners? They have been atrocious every time I can remember! Finally costs us, Colo unfortunate there! Was a goal as soon as he slipped.

Yet again we fail to take our chances and pay for it

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,846 ✭✭✭Moneymaker

Ah no bother lads, let him walk through the entire team why don't you.

    Shocking.

De Jong is afraid of the ball, cisse second touch is either a tackle or a header
