Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. more revenue stripped away by the negativity of the current regeime. We were almost always in the top 3/4 when it came to matches shown and we got the dosh from that.

Pardews team is awful to watch, unimaginitive hoof ball. Not much fun for the neutral.

Next season we will likely be on tv less, make less tv money. More money down the drain along with the advertising revenue.

    Remy at the Emirates.

    Lol.

Remy was always off. Don't think anybody doubted that. Still showed us the type of player that we've been missing for absolutely ages.

Sure, but to be so blatant about it is kind of comical.

Sums up the respect the clowns in charge have.

TBH this is a case of the chickens coming home to roost.

1: If you sell your best players you will lose others
2: If you hire a sub standard manager, results will be sub standard
3: if you fail to invest in the club, others will also fail to invest in you (advertising)
4: Signing players without options is a lose lose scenario
5: If you don't promote a culture of success you will fail
6: If you are not ambitious you will fail to hit your unambitious targets
7: Failure to communicate with your fans will damage your relationship with them
8: The truth will out, lying is only a delaying tactic

Now the question is how does a self made billionaire or one of his cronies NOT know this?

    He just doesn't give a ****.

As KK says Ashley bought the club for the craic basically.

Lee Ryder suggesting that Shola Ameobi may be offered a new contract.

Taking it with a pinch of salt but if that's the case then fúck me sideways.

Pulis cut from 16/1 into 2/1
Let the anti relegation mission begin

    Odds on in some places...

He is not a yes man, can safely assume there is nowt to thus story

    I'd have Pulis for sure.

Two of our biggest problems is how poorly organised we are defensively and set pieces. He'd sort both. And hopefully bring Puncheon and Joel Ward along with him.

He didn't spend well at Stoke but that's hardly a problem he'd have here is it.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,161 ✭✭✭✭M5

The fact we would happily take Pulis is damning of Pardew really!

Pulis??? Would you gerrup out of that. We don't like Pardew's hoofball and we won't like Pulis' hoofball either.

    No thanks.

    No thanks.

The difference is Pulis can actually organise a defence and set pieces. Two things we haven't had for basically the entire time Pardew has been here.

There are better choices but i'd have my dog in charge ahead of Pardew atm.

Did we have Souness in a few years ago to try instill discipline and organize the team?

Souness was never any good though at any of his clubs.

Think the larger picture is Pardew has become so intolerable we'd rather ANYONE else be in charge.

de Boer practically pleading for an English club to approach him.

Not a hope in hell, Mike Ashley probably doesn't even know who he is.

    :(

More like as a Spurs supporter and good friend of Daniel Levy, Ashley doesnt want to get in the way of any approach spurs might make

Dont forget what happened with modric ... the potential money we lost out on there is unbelievable

He's not a spurs fan. Had a box with Chelsea for years supposedly

Given our respective momentum, I would expect Sunderland to finish ahead of us next season unless there are drastic changes at nufc

No chance, too mouthy, wouldn't fit Ashleys lap dog requirements.

Besides he is disliked in these parts. Would not work

Yeah he's done very well with St.Etienne. Won a League Cup and a string of good finishes in the French League, with limited resources. They play good football too.

4th place this despite losing star striker Aubameyang.

I'd have him in a heartbeat.

Cisse is out for "a number of months"

Talks started with De Jong, well in fairness he has torn up the PL since he joined!

WIth or without Pardew this is the problem is crap like this!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,846 ✭✭✭Moneymaker

de Jong has no right to be anywhere near a Newcastle shirt.

    8m quid?? Jesus.

I'd rather look to Lassoga, Immobile, Cerci, Berardi, Finnbogason or Drmić.

Agreed, but then again Moneymaker - do you really think Tony Pulis could bring the best out of those mentioned players? :pac: :pac: :pac:

I can see Sunderland going down next season to be honest, regardless of the miracle Poyet pulled out of the bag

Sunderland had more points than us since boxing day even before the city game! Only Cardiff have less points. We are in for a major struggle if the decline, which has been going on continuously for 2 years now, continues!

Where was this Newcastle for last 6 months?????

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,846 ✭✭✭Moneymaker

Last 5 minutes sums us up pretty nicely.

    P45dew. Please fcuk off.

Could never stick that ameobi. Loyal cos noone else would take him. So long. You won't be missed. On the game nothing surprises me anymore wen it comes to Newcastle. Ever predictable as always. Pardew out and take Ca£hley with you.

    And so another season ends.

Least we've a break now for something to happen. Hopefully some proper recruitment will commence - one can dream!

    Moment of the Season folks?

Mine has to be Cabaye's beautiful finish at Old Trafford and that celebration :)

That second half performance is our season in a nutshell. Utter dog shít.

I sincerely hope thats the last time we ever see Alan P45due in a Newcastle dugout.

    38 losses over 2 seasons....

That is the equivalent of losing every single game in one full season. Utter madness.

And he goes home with a bonus.

    Jesus Christ.
