    My friend just landed in Spain and her phone is looking for an Authorisation Code.

    She's on Tesco pay as you go.

    Anyone know where to find it?

    What phone is it?

    Its most likely a roaming bare on the handset rather than tesco stopping it.

    It's a Nokia 2690.

    She's saying now its not a authorization code but a restriction code she needs.

    She can't even check roaming setting as the phone wants the restriction code.

    No but care will sort out your friend with some goodwill credit if they need to call
