Is it legal for a sports club to charge different membership fees for men and women?

Would it be considered discrimination, on the basis of gender, for a sports club to charge different fees for men and women?

Offhand, it could depend on the professional bodies representing the genders, which could charge different fees. At least that was what was mentioned in the context of a slight difference in fees for golf membership.
