Currach Rowing Clubs in Galway?

Just wondering if there are rowing clubs for currachs in Galway. Galway City would be preferable, but Connemara would be fine as well. We went to An Tóstal in Salthill a month or two ago, and watching the currachs made me curious about how to join a crew. Cheers... ~ ryan

Ceathru Rua in Connemara have a club as far as I know....Doubt there is any in Galway City

There's a club in Oughterard too, don't have any details but if you call the tourist office there they should know, everyone knows everyone there!
