I want to ask some questions about Business Permission.
I have student visa.I already have a business newsagent for one and half
year of course this is break the immigration law(I also have been told that I should apply that first before haveing business).
now I want to apply the Business Permission for myself to extend my stay.
These are the questions:
1 How likely I can get this visa.
2 Can I apply for two person me and my wife or apply one person easier.
3 Any solicitor your recommend.
4 Because I already set up the Business would the visa offices have the excuse to say you break the law first we can not give you Business Permission.
