Mr. Randylonghorn Sir,
We (yes we, not just me! :P) can be absolute fools at times and unbelievably annoying but we're only having a laugh. I'm know it must be a pain in the hole having to come on here and read through the stuff we have posted and I want to thank you for it..! You're actually a pretty sound mod to let it continue! I can't say that we'll stop the mindless shíte because then the thread wouldn't be the thread but I want you to know we really appreciate you for letting us keep the thread!

Ah, I know that, in all fairness.

Just ... Boards is supposed to be a *discussion* forum, not a *chat* platform, and there are many senior bods who are less than enthusiastic about even allowing OT threads, let alone ones of almost 1000 posts between (mainly) three people over a couple of weeks.

So can we try not to take the pish altogether?

At the very least avoid red rags to the proverbial bull like textspeak etc. And try to remember that what you say the whole country can read, including your friends, significant others, etc.
