Summer camp for 8 year old girl

    Does anyone know of an art or drama camp in the kildare area for an 8 year old girl in July or first week in August? Or can recommend one? Am in the Naas area but will travel to Newbridge or Rathcoole. would prefer an indoor as the weather is not very dependable.

    DanceTones Studios in Newbridge (www.dancetones.org) do very good Summer Camps. They have one in July and one in August.

    Hi Busymam21,

    Clever Crafts (www.clevercraftskildare.com) are holding two weeks of Arts & Crafts summer camp in July at Scoil Mhuire, in Newbridge, with morning & afternoon sessions to choose from. Their website gives all details about the camp. Good luck!:)

    Thanks Dave. She's goes to ballet during the school year so she'd like something other than the normal stuff.

    I'd like her to try new things. Keep her busy so when she hits the teenage years she'll be less likely to hang around the streets if she's got lots of stuff on. That's the plan anyway.

    Blizzard, thanks for the link. Just popped over to have a look. Looks great, wonder do they do adult camps too?:D Going to ring the number now.
