Email reply notification

When I get an email telling me that there is a reply to a topic I posted on, sometimes when I read the reply in my email and then go and look at the actual reply on the site itself, it does not appear to be there, and no mention of it been deleted by a Mod or whoever.:confused:

Oh dear:o, I have just found out why it did not appear on the site, because it was removed.Well how was I to know, no mention of it been removed:(cause of a slanderous remark.
