Something up with Oxigene bin collection

Our general waste in Newbridge wasn't collected by Oxigene today. Bins were moved from original space but still full. Anyone else in same boat or know if there's a problem. Tried ringing Oxigene office in afternoon but engaged.

This happened in Naas bout two weeks ago. They collected the black on the Friday and left the recycle till following week. No answer when I rang oxygen. Got a bit worried are they goin bust ??
