Just got a call from one of my players and they are working late and won't be likely to be finished on time, so he's out. Also my bro isn't fussed on playing so thats 2 out which makes the numbers even again. Although If anyone can't play for some reason Mark will play to make the numbers even again, but please let me know ASAP still game on

Sorry, looks I won't be able to make it for a couple of months - I'm doing, ahem, Strictly Come Dancing for a local school, so that's eating up my spare time.

At least I might have some fancy footwork for my return!

I can get me + 4 but there isn't really much point in going asking people to play to tell them that there is then no game on Tuesday evening.

I suppose leave it till 3pm to see if anyone else signs up if not I guess its off tonight.

I probaly couldve played this week but ive spent all my cash now thinking i wouldnt be fit & its not wages day till tomoro

I think the problem could be that we arent getting the list up till too late in the week.. we should get the list up as soon as the last game has finished.. i never put it up this week cos i wasnt sure whether id be fit for it or not!

Yeah off this week....

Just off the phone to boals there and if we miss next week we will lose our slot, can't say I'm surprised to be honest. I usually have a few names to add to the list but I'm at the stage now where I don't want to ask them unless I know there is going to be a few names down on the list already, as I don't want to be asking them to play then telling them it's called off a few hours before hand.

So if we don't get a game next week it'll be off because we will have lost our slot it's a shame really but cannot be helped at the same time

ps homer do they not have a wee bit of a cheek -the fives centre i mean- after all we have gave them plenty of buisness in the last year... something they should be glad of in this climate.. surely they are used to people pulling out at this time of year??

Im sure the numbers will soon pick up again we have had a lot of bad luck with regulars getting injured at the same time & having other commitments which they cant get out off.. i hope so anyway!!

Not really, I can see where they are coming from. Next week will be 8 weeks and 2 of them we have played after all. It's a spot that I would imagine would be in demand too (8pm) they are running a business after all...
