    People are saying 'oh great people are going to think waterford is dangerous kip before tall ships etc etc.' , i actually think the fact that there is such a frenzy about something in which no one has been injured shows just how rare something like this is to waterford. hope everything works out alright

    the guy up on that roof is someones son, and possibly brother... I think people are being insensitive .. put yourself in his family's position......they must be going through hell. I hope that he will be ok and this ordeal will be over for him and family soon.

    Was in Geoffs since 7pm, and we followed the entire story from when it broke up until I left a few minutes ago. The lads behind the bar were checking for updates every few minutes, and we send one of the lads for a run up to see.

    Great craic altogether.
