    hi,

    does anyone know where i can buy cans of john smith extra smooth in dublin? (preferably southside)
    i have tried a few places with no luck

    They used to sell it in Redmonds Ranelagh quite cheaply, but havent been there in a while. Worth phoning them to check.

    What % alc is in John Smiths, I vaugely remember being in Manchester a few years back drinking it in draught sat at a bar, I must have had 5 or 6 pints of it, it was gorgeous and went down really well. I got up and the room starting spinning :D

    I don't think it's too strong, probably barely hitting 4%?

    I could be wrong though. I've had this a few times when living in Cardiff and for the price, it's fairly nice.

    On keg, maybe. 3.5 - 3.7% ABV cask beers are fairly common.
