Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ok guys really need some help...

Boyfriends birthday is coming up in about 6 weeks its a big one but timewise we do not have the time to go anywhere for a weekend we literally have 1 night as I have exams and he has alot of work commitments, we are going on hols in September so the one night away will be fine I just want to surprise him but I want it to be something really nice and relaxing without breaking the bank...i'm asking for alot I know! :D

I have looked at the likes of Dromoland Castle and those but the prices are crazy so i'm basically looking for recommendations of hotels that would be really nice on a budget ! We have stayed in the Lyrath in Co.Kilkenny before and it was fab so something along the same lines but somewhere else might be nice for a change!

Would really appreciate any help :)

What about the G-Hotel in Galway. Are you willing to travel 3hr drive for a one night's stay or is it closer to Cork your looking?

I commute alot between Cork/Dublin and Tipp(where my boyfriend is from) so location wouldnt be a big thing as long as its not Donegal or somewhere that will take hours to get too! The G-Hotel is prob out though as its the same week as the Galway Races and it would be crazy money!

    I'm fussy I know :D
