Hi all,

I'd out it to them in writing giving them 5 working days for a resolution.

In writing is always best! Tell them that if you dont recieve your deposit in so many working days (lets say 5) you will be forced to take legal action, keep a copy of the letter and boom thats the letting agent in your pocket, they cant hold you off then.
