The agent not answering re deposit

    Hi all,

    Its been three weeks since \i left my place and till date they havent returned my deposit...I have already rang in 20 times and they keep answering me that xxx will ring you tomorrow...when u ring back again the same thing, actually xxx has left early today i will ring you back in an hour but three weeks and no concrete answer or solution..what should \i do, any advice?

    In writing is always best! Tell them that if you dont recieve your deposit in so many working days (lets say 5) you will be forced to take legal action, keep a copy of the letter and boom thats the letting agent in your pocket, they cant hold you off then.
