    A quick google search tells me it will last in a sealed container for months.

    I was watching a Rachel Allen programme yesterday and she said it lasted for a few weeks - if you keep it in the fridge. I guess it's just butter and flour so presumably its keeps for as long as butter does.

    ah but it's cooked flour, From the ballymaloe book it says 2 weeks

    hmmm, it's 2weeks there tomo. was wondering if I could use it again tomo or needed to make more... might toss for it! :eek:
