how to activate Ulster Bank bank/debit card?

Just got my new card sent on to me, I'm abroad, I need to activate it though and the letter with the card wasn't forwarded onto me. No details on website. Any ideas people?

You can do it through Anytime Internet Banking. There is a telephone number also, +353 1 804 7475 thats for Telebanking.
