Considering its usually 27.99 thats a pretty significant saving.

There is a half decent offer on in Dunnes, they have a good mix of beers at 4 for €8.50, not bad if you like leann follain and krombacher like me as they are both normally €2.99 and €2.95 saving €3.38 on those 4 bottles:)
O briens normally have beers on 5 for 10, pilsner urquell and spaten are normally on it, and budvar is sometimes there,
Tesco have their slighty terrible 3 for €7 still going, they had krombacher for €2.21 a bottle, Except they never fecking have it in stock:mad:

They also have a 24 pack of heineken in dunnes for €30, if thats allowed in here:P

Erdinger was also included in the 3 for €7 offer, despite being €2.21 a bottle. Oh Tesco.

On face value its a good deal, especially if its a regular beer for you.
Ive done similar before and stockpiled up on one certain type of beer but if i was to do it again, id rather spend the money on a number of different good beers.
After drinking 24 celebration ales, you be fed up of it.

Have a look at Aldi's new Christmas guide, some nice looking wines in there, beer is still the same though not great! A Bushmills 1608 will be on sale for €68, i've no idea if that's a good price or not....

Ok you'll have to travel a bit further than your local offie for this one, but if you're passing through could be worth a look, especially with Christmas approaching. The World Duty Free chain, which operate in most of the main UK airports are currently selling Jameson 18 year old for £68, about €82. This is about €50 cheaper than the Irish retail price so a significant saving. The savings on the rest of the range are not nearly as good. If you're spending a few bob more, there's a voucher on their site for £5 off a £75 spend (although I forgot to bring this!).

Are you sure the offer will run till dec 11th ?
That paddy is hard to find, it's flying off the shelves

Had to try a few different supervalu's , but eventually found one with paddy 1L in stock and managed to grab a few.

Krombacher 500ml for 1.47 a bottle in Tesco Douglas only a few left on the shelf, I reckon it is being discontinued though unfortunately! It doesn't even have a yellow sale price thing!

The Krombacher in Tesco Arklow is out of date since 23/08/13 and still at € 2.99 a pop !!

They seem to have a number of special offers on their spirits, not sure if its just an online thing or also in-store.

FWIW Aldi do a really lovely gin, 70cl for €14. I'm not a gin aficionado, but it seems really nice to me, and it has beaten all the leading brands in reviews.

Red Ale and stout are that price but the Curim Gold, Leann Follan and Winter Spirit are price at 3, these are the beers you can get 3 for 7

By the way the winter spirit is 5 for a tenner in my local off licence, I only got one at 2.49 as I hate wasting money on bad beer no matter how cheap.
