Hi I’m part of a social group called Whitechurch Macra that meets up regularly. We’ve recently decided that we’d like to actively expand the numbers in our group. We’re a group for males & females between 18-35 years. There are currently around 30 in the group from a full range of ages and backgrounds.

The objective of the group is to get to know some new faces and enjoy ourselves. We go on a lot of weekends away, nights out, dinners, gigs, etc. We have a weekly sports night from 9.00-10.00, followed by the pub for everyone (including those who don’t play sports!). We take part in drama competitions, table quizzes, volleyball, skiing trips and much more.

We recently took part in the Where’s Wally world record attempt in Fitzgerald’s park and we currently have a team taking part in the tag rugby competition in Cork Con, just as an example of what we do.
You can find out more from our facebook page … here – have a look at all the photos

    PM me if interested

    juror
