Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Top Box for Honda 125?

I want to get a top box for my Honda Innova 125i. One of those which clip on and off. I assume that they are not too difficult to install so I'm reluctant to pay Honda for it + labour.

Any advice on what the best, thrifty, approach is (An online retailer?). Is the installation less simplistic than I imagine? Perhaps the Honda root is the most sensible but there's no rush so I thought I'd ask.

I wanted a biggish topbox for my NX650, I opted for a 44 litre Moto-Detail with the monokey system, this comes off the rack when you push the button. I think its well made, very strong plastic
You may want a smaller case for the Innova There is one there for 60 with the mounting plate supplied.
I had to buy the plate separately for mine and it was 20e more.
But the fasteners and stuff were all very good quality, hot galvanised and no sign of rust yet.

Hi, If your in Dublin, drop into JP Motorcycles in Pearse Street, they have brand new Honda (Made by Givi) 35 ltr boxes with mount on sale for 80 euro, these would be normally twice this price.

I got one last week, it not too big, it holds a helmet and lot of other stuff. Excellent value.

80 quid is about the normal full retail price of these. I got one in bikeworld the week of the bikeshow for 45 quid, they said honda had them reduced from 85 to 50 also. Mine is colour coded navy to match my bike , thay also had silver ones. (Same as this 50 litre one http://www.donedeal.ie/for-sale/motorbikeextras/2195780 but just a little bit smaller at 35 litres)

Try these guys, problem is they are in limerick but you might get sorted for 50 quid http://bikershop.ie/product_info.php?cPath=1_28&products_id=8
Try Honda on 4381900 and ask about a top box that can hold a helmet.

Also I had a quick look at your posts and I'm guessing your south dublin or south city http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=68120321
