See this news below that there was poor uptake at an auction in Cork..Proper order says I, how long were we reading and hearing the media talking up the prices back in the day....and there not talking them down half as quick.

Why would anyone be surprised at no one buying property with the mad asking prices and nothing given out by banks.

But if you listen to the EA, its nothing got to do with the prices and all got to do with the lack of liquidity from the bank's side
