    Asking this for my OH, does anyone know where there are public/free tennis courts near Santry/Whitehall/Drumcondra?

    There's tennis courts (not sure if there's nets) in Whitehall, beside the football pitches.

    In Artane at the back of St Davids.

    Run by the council, the caretaker guy is there in the evenings, it's very informal and you just sign his clipboard and pay a few euro.
    They have leagues this time of year

    They are empty during the day and there is a gap in the fence ;) if you want a free morning/afternoon game
