Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How powerful can a bike be before you need a 'M' license? Thinking of throwing a Honda GX35 onto a bike

I thought the M license was for such a bike, not a lower cut off. Anything faster than 45km you need a A1 I think but I don't know at which point you no longer need a M license. 10cc and 25km/h?

You need a licence to ride any capacity or wattage of PTW(Powered Two Wheeler)on the roads of Ireland. On the continent some countries allow 14 years old ride mopeds, <49cc and can't exceed 45km/h, without a licence or with a special licence(not sure which).

BTW the vast majority of Electric bikes I see around Dublin are being ridden illegally as they are being ridden without pedal assist so need a licence, insurance, helmet and tax. But our law enforcers don't seem bothered.
