Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

We have one at home. Used it for about 20 years, probably making 2500 bales on average per year. Its been lying up for the last 6/7 years though. Can't really comment as i never really drove it (just stacked and loaded bales after it ) but i don't ever remember any major or even semi-major breakdown with it. I know the pickup is a bit small compared to some of the larger ones so that did limit throughput somewhat.

We're planning on making a few square bales this year so have had the baler out giving it a good going over and checking everything on it. I'm a bit stuck with it though because when we tried to bale up some loose straw to try it out it broke shear bolts. I checked over the timing of the feeders, needles etc and they're all set as they should be in the operators manual. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should try next???

also you shoukd make sure the knotter trip arm is in the home position before you try to start the baler that is assuming it is similar to a new holland

Thanks baler, going to try and sharpen the knife this weekend, see if that sorts it out
