    One of my tenants there contacted me yestarday and today wondering why internet is going on and off (being providing the house with its NTL subscription)

    I had no clue and offered to call support but they say things are fine.. seems with your complain, the internet is faulty alright!

    Had problems in Ballybrit last night but resolved itself after rebooting the modem
