    Went to the comp in ardee on saturday. Was a massive turnout. 8 flights in total. 1 flight for women. Weighed in at 100kg. Ole ed on a 180 squat which felt harder than it should have. Then 200 which was a real grinder. Didnt take a 3rd. Bench i opened on a 120 followed by a 130 and failed a 132,5. Heaviest bench i saw was 185 raw. Deads i opend on an easy 200. Then 220. Then failed a 227. Got it to the knees a d realised it was too far in front and dropped it. Should have got it. Heaviest dl i saw was 320. I just finished at 7 and there was 2 flights to go. Standard of lifting was very high.

    Want to keep this intensity up for 2-3 more weeks, and then boom, ripped to shreads.

    Starting weight after 2 heavy weekends drinking = 106.xkg

    Want to get below 100, preferably 95kg, but also dont want to cardio for too much longer!

    Havent updated since, but every day from monday to friday inclusive i have spend 1 hour on the cross trainer,. except for monday night, when an elderly man hopped on the cross trainer beside me, and there was a godawful smell of sweat off him, i nearly vomitted, so i hopped on the furthest bike away from him and completed the hour.

    B.W. currently 101kg as of this morning

    Waist ~ 39" @ bb.

    Hope to keep this up for 2 - 3 more weeks :eek:. have done very little weights.
