[Wanted] Accommodation - Dún Laoghaire

Hi

Im starting a Fire and Ambulance course in Dun Laoghaire in Sept and im looking for some reasonable acommodation.
Iv'e checked on daft and a few other sites but cant find anything affordable at the moment.
I have a friend doing the same course and hes also looking.
I was hoping someone could help me out with info on any cheaper rental or sharing in that area.

Have you checked on Daft for letting your own place with your friend or getting a room in a big house. If you stay in a big house with a few people it always works out cheaper, plus the place is usually better in regards heating, internet etc. Just on first glance-

If you look a bit further out on either the Dart line or 46a bus route you may find cheaper places than right in Dun Laoghaire itself. SCD is less than 5 minutes from the Dart/bus station. Dart runs every 15 minutes*, 46a every 10 minutes*

*This is Ireland, your milage may vary!
