Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi , I am working for an airline and i would like to know if it is legal to do so.
i am only getting paid my flight time, example : if the flight is 2 hrs and we are late 1/2 hour i am getting paid for 2 hrs , if we land 20 min early then they are paying me 1 hour 40 min is this legal?

then every day i am reporting 1 hour before work and every 40 min turnaround we do not get paid for it. it does say in the contract that we are just getting paid for the flying hours.
