    Hey all

    Im hoping ye can give me some advise,
    what do you think the below house is worth? it has been on the market for nearly 3 years (starting price was 320k) it is now 235k.
    it is currently rented out but the tenants are on month month rolling contracts.
    Its currently above our price range so wondering what people think it should be priced at?? (sorry not willing to state my price on boards encase owner/EA sees)

    and has anyone had problems getting tenants to leave once sale has gone through? this issue is at the back of my mind and even if i could get the house within budget do i really want to go down this road with tenants??

    The tenants wouldn't be an issue. Simply wouldn't complete until the property is vacated.
