Here is a recipe for a really cheap dinner which we love in our home, all fresh and full of goodness

Your will need....

2 tins of tomatoes
Mushroom
2 onions
200g (or how many you fancy) of mushrooms
Fresh garlic
Basil (fresh if you can get it)
Black pepper and salt
Pack of pasta

All of this comes to 6 euro in Tescos...:):):) And serves at least 3

Chop onion, garlic, basil, musrooms add in some hot virgin olive oil.
Add 2 tins of tomatoes.
Simmer for 20 mins add loads of black pepper....and a little salt

Serve on top of some hot cooked pasta.
Topped with some parmesan cheese.

6 euro to feed 3 or more not bad......:D And yummy
