New PC builder

Have never built a PC before and would like to start by building a cheap-ish one for my brother.

Requirements:
Wi-Fi
Decent RAM 3GB
Decent size HD. He's a photographer.
Windows 7 also in Italian or Spanish if it makes a difference.

Mainly for internet/emails/storage/uploading.

What price am I looking at here? Thanks in advance.

The Windows 7 is in German, but the license key is valid for all languages. Just download the Spanish version here and burn it to a DVD. You can then use that to install it.

How good is that build as comparison to something you would pick off the shelf in a shop? I'm all a bit new.

You'd probably end up paying €100+ more for a prebuilt one.

EDIT: Here's an equivalent dell system:

It does have a GT 420 added however, which would be worth about €35-€40
