Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Nice collection looks like you had a great day! The first two look like the land mass isn't cutting across the centre of the image in a straight line. You could shoot through your LCD viewfinder and have grid on to get a straight line in your composition. I'm not keen on the waves, the first one has a piece of rock on the last that is out of focus and distracting a bit. I really like fifth, the contrast on the rocks is smooth and sharp at the same time if that makes sense, very nice to look at and really nicely composed. I also like the last one, only that the whites are overblown a bit, if your shortened the exposure time and dropped the f/stop a little it could have come out a lot neater looking. Just my thoughts, but yeah the 5th is a keeper for landscapes and such!

Does anyone know if it's possible to rotate by a few degrees and then crop a pic in Lightroom 3?

Yes, it is. Just go in to thr crop tool, and move the mouse to the corner. The tool turns to a rotate tool, and then you can crop.

Yeah, I'll throw some up on a Google Map tomorrow if I remember, and instructions on how to get to one of the spots. I'll send you a spot I saw that should be good, but just wasn't in the mood for, aswell.

Like no. 1 and 2 a lot and 5 also isn't bad...no. 7 seems to have burnt highlights. Achill is a very photogenic location though and your shots show it, so well done. :)
