Previous Tenant left outstanding bill

    Hello,

    I have just moved into a new house and I was informed that the previous tenant had left without paying the bills, ESB, SKY, EIRCOM! :mad:

    I have managed to get the electric back & the Sky, now I would like to avail of Eircom broadband, can you advise me how would I go about ordering a new connection? will I have to pay outstanding bill for someone else?

    Please help
