I've been looking for one too but haven't found one. I would love to find a good vinyasa class. Are you looking for a yoga for relaxation or sport? It's a real pitty as the town is definitely big enough to have at least one class.

    Hi there,

If you are looking for core/strength training, contact Miriam Rowlands in http://www.physiosoutheast.ie/ (she used to be rebalance pilates) She is based in clonard, and I've done a couple of courses with her and she is fantastic - and really knows her stuff.

The classes are always small, and she can gear things very well to cater for the different fitness levels of people.

Plus 1 for Miriam, I have taken her classes and find her very good. She has a nice manner and as said above she can manage different levels of fitness in the same class without anyone being overlooked.
