    Hi guys,

Hope you can help me... I'm looking for a good/really good home cinema setup. I have a 50" smasung plasma tv and I'm looking for a 5.1 home cinema setup to go with it. I want a 1000w system as it is a large room and I like playing music really really loud also. I was thinking of this one: Samsung HT-C555 Home Cinema SystemLINK. I have about 300-350 to spend and would like to get samsung as I like the way they work and have been reliable. I am also looking for something like this LINK but no where near the price as this. under 300 hopefully. Just want something to stream my music and videos about the house and for checking email, youtube and eventually skype. Anyone have any experience with this sort of thing? Any help would be greatly appriciated.

    Thanks,
    T

p.s anyone know anything about pixamnia vouchert codes or where to find the best ones? Can these be used with the fatcheese.ie cashback system?

Ask some techno nerds on avforums.com. They have a lot of specialist forums (eg Projector Screen forum) which can allow you to ask very detailed questions. I found them incredibly useful when I bought my home cinema set up (eg on the projector screen forum I learned a cheap Argos blackout blind will do the job of a projector screen). Hope you find this useful.

avforums is the best place for suggestions to buy.
i would not go for a all in one box for av kit.
have a look at a nice AV receiver and seperate speaker set for it.
richersounds have a thread on boards. speak to them.

Turloch try Exclusive Audio in Sandyford,Dublin. They have some great offers at the moment and will definitely be able to recommend you a decent system for your budget. There is a good chance they will have it in stock aswell. Boston Acoustic , Monitor Audio , Bose, Denon they do the lot !!

Hi everyone, I'm John actually this is my first post here. I know this thread is to old but I just one to comment for some information also. I believe with JohnnyBananas and bittihuduga that avforums.com is the best for it.
Also other companies offer package for home cinema setup like KFS, Home Cinema Guide, Techradar, etc., they are one of the best sites for guides for your home cinema design. Thanks.

    Cheers,
