driving directions: westmeath-balbriggan?

can anyone give me directions from mullingar to balbriggan?
on the map theres a straight line across and you dont need to go near dublin city but i dont know if you can drive that way
ive to go either tomorrow or the day after to collect my sons passport and we are flying out on the weekend so i dont have much time
anyone? thanks

N4, northbound on the M50, take the M1 north, and exit at Balbriggan.

Straightforward, but that involves 2 tools, more than €5 each way

long shot but you dont know which number exit that is do you?

No where near the city centre.

Don't know the exit numbers, but you can't miss the M50, or the M1 exit. Just follow signs for the airport.

Once on the M1, keep heading north, and Balbriggan will be well signposted. There's at least 2 exits for it, maybe 3

2. Turn right onto Austin Friars St 450 m
3. Turn left onto Delvin Rd/R400 Go through 1 roundabout

1.8 km
4. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Delvin Rd/N52 heading to Dealbhna/Delvin Continue to follow N52

18.2 km
5. Turn right onto Cois Caisleán/N51 Continue to follow N51

15.4 km
6. Turn right to stay on N51 Go through 3 roundabouts

14.7 km
7. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Kells Rd/N3 750 m
8. Turn left to stay on Kells Rd/N3 17 m
9. Slight left onto N51 Go through 3 roundabouts

24.1 km
10. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto N1 13.4 km
11. Slight left onto R132 6.4 km
12. Turn right onto Vauxhall St 120 m Balbriggan Co. Fingal, Ireland

Google maps. This is the quickest non toll route. Its about 20 mins longer

went and got it the passport today
used the first route throught the tolls but i didnt care for today because im flying out sunday so i was terrified the office would close before i got there
