Gaming PC Build - Compatible?

Hey guys, I'm building a PC for my birthday present and I'm not sure as to whether these parts will work, as some of them are by non-partnered companies (e.g. nVidia and AMD) If they aren't compatible, could you find me a similar replacement in the same price/quality range.
