Can I stop people searching my other posts?

Since the new search function was put in, it now lists your most posted in forums when you hit see all posts made by xyz on your profile. I don't really like that people can so easily find everything on here even if they aren't friends, so can I turn that function off or at least set it to private so only my friends can…
