    Foxy is the guy who owns the still house. The Still is closing down and becoming foxys bar inside in where the bitter end used to be.

    Yeah. Last night is Sunday. Then 2 weeks later they reopen down the road as Foxys.

    Foxy is opening where the bitter end used to be...he bought it from Deccie Dillion....and is due to open shortly.

    If safety was the reason though surely another bar wouldn't be allowed open there. The Still House is now called Flanagans Bar.
