If anyone is thinking of renting an apartment from the receiver in Parkview, beware.....Parking is non existent in Parkview. the apartments have serious problems with sound proofing, and some have problems with the boilers. Some also don't get water at peak times due to problems with the pumps... STAY AWAY FROM PARKVIEW
