Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sky Anytime on my HD box now only has 4 programmes on it (all Last Chance). Usually there are pages of stuff on it. Is this happenning to everyone or a glitch on my box?

Something new like them freeing up the space reserved for Anytime so I can choose what to record myself maybe...didn't think so. Damn it.

I assume you are referring to Anytime+ which we wont be able to get here. Meaning there is dead space on the disk now?

Have you been powering off the box overnight? That's when the recordings happen so that could be an explanation.

Nope. I usually do that once a week as I find it speeds up the responsiveness of the box but haven't done it in about a fortnight.
Hmm... is there a way to disable it in the options.. maybe I did that and don't remember :-)

Yep there is, but don't be fooled into thinking that by turning off the Anytime feature it will give you the additional HDD space back. It won't unfortunately.

I noticed this too however there was new programme added to it today. Possibly something to do with Sky's VOD in the UK and Ireland not getting it, although there is rumours of Sky entering the Irish broadband market later this year.

Sorry to cut in on this thread, but I think I accidently deleted a film from Anytime by trying to move it to my Planner. For some reason it wouldn't play from my Planner, but it would on Anytime. I forgot that pressing delete on my Planner, also deleted it on Anytime. Any way to get it back?

    Thanks

Yeah, knew that alright...pain in the ass isn't it.

Anyway Anytime is still enabled on my box but nothing available...ah well no loss to me as I never watched anything from it. The wife used though from time to time so she was the one who noticed it not working.

I had that problem last week OP... pull the plug, count to ten, plug it back in again, and in 24 hours you should start getting Anytime programming back again.
