upc separate account on same house

Is it possible to have 2 upc accounts on the same household, the problem i have is that im living with my parents and they are not in a position to change or add anything on the account at the moment, would it be possible for me to create a separate account just for the broadband, i was talking to an agent on the upc…

I thought so, if i went with the utv broadband would it affect the phone that i have with eircom?
