    Hi,
    I signed up for eircom NGB but I have since gotten an email saying that
    Please note that your line was not capable of taking 24mb broadband. The maximum capacity of your was speeds of up to 6/7mb

    Thus I am now expecting "home advanced" instead of the NBG 24mb package. yet on the website kingsbry maynooth is shown as being fully upgraded for NGB? What gives?

    Your reply only included details of my order and didn't answer my query regarding why my order was downgraded from 24mb to 7mb when the map show NGB should be available in the area and I have talked to neighbours who can get it.
