    Yes, with restrictions.
    Must only be used between 6am and 10pm and only for purposes legitimately related to the motor trade (trade or repair).

    Yeah, IMO it's apples and oranges.


    They're exempt from the road tax whilst engaged in legitimate motor trade purposes but not exempt from paying for parking if their legitimate purpose requires parking.
