broken screen nokia 2330 menu help

Hi all, I've broken the screen on my nokia 2330, and need to get the contacts from the phone onto the sim card for transfer to my new handset. Is anyone able to either give me the sequence of button presses, or a link to the menu structure somewhere? Many thanks in advance, atabner
