Hi All

My wifes handbag was stolen on Saturday night from a well know pub in Dublin.

We contacted the insurance company this morning to be told that nothing was covered because we had not taken out additional options under the insurance poilcy. We thought we were covered, but having dechipered the policy, we did not have the options - fair enough.

Our house keys were in the bag and we asked if our insurance poily covers the cost of replacing locks - it looked from reading the policy that it would. We were told no, as my wife had not been assaulted.

So the moral of the story is you have to get a slap as well as your keys being stolen before your would be covered.

Just thought people might like a heads up about the keys.
