Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Maybe this has been discussed before but here goes, How come that Joe, Marion and Pat etc take so much time off, this is my reading of it. They are not on air until the 2nd or 3rd week of January, they take off for the Easter break, back until the summer holidays, back in September, gone for the mid term break at halloween, back again then gone for the Christmas break until it all starts all over again. Are they not only entitled to the same 21 days off that the general workers get or doews RTE staff have a holiday when ever it suits them and for as long as they want.

When you think of the few hours they work per week and the wages they receive I think its a joke especially when we the public are paying for them living the high life.:mad:

Oh yeah, Marion Finucane in particular is a big offender. She's gone for up to 3 months every summer so her salary for 2 shows a week is ridiculous considering the amount of holidays she takes.

this is the same in every walk of life!
The more you earn the less you work.

And if you earn an obscene amount of cash, you really really work shag all!!
