I have never seen him live. Does he tend more towards his solo work or his Marillion catalogue.

Hah! A shuffle on my iPod this morning threw up Margaret (Live at the Marquee, December 1982) from the Early Stages box set. Must have been a sign! :D

I have never seen him live. Does he tend more towards his solo work or his Marillion catalogue.

Gig I saw, the 13th Star tour, was roughly 60/40 Solo/Marillion

This tour is the Fish Heads Acoustic Tour ... an example of a setlist from this tour would be :

De Boerderij, Zoetermeer, Netherlands, May 14th 2011
    1.Chocolate Frogs
    2.State of Mind
    3.Somebody Special
    4.Brother 52
    5.Family Business
    6.Punch & Judy
    7.Zoe 25
    8.Lady Let it Lie
    9.Incubus
    10.A Gentleman's Excuse Me
    11.Slàinte Mhath
    12.Vigil
    13.The Company
    14.Fugazi
    Encore:
    15.Lavender / Blue Angel / Lavender

Expect many changes throughout the tour ...

Great show last night ... think I preferred it to the 13th Star tour which I didn't expect to seeing as this tour was acoustic but it was everybit as rocking / powerful. Fish is such a mesmerizing performer and great story teller you can't help get swept away in the show.

    Cracking night.

Echo the previous comments about the Dublin show - cracking gig, he was on top form - and odd some friends had met him earlier in the day and he was in foul form........the show itself was just brilliant, loved the setlist, and the walkabout was just something special, privilleged to have been there on Sunday, and hope like he said they can make if back next year for an electric gig......
