anyone have milia (little white bumps) round the eyes? mine are getting worse lately and am wondering if anyone here managed to successfully get rid of them?

I get them occassionally, and I'm not really sure what causes it. Is it a build up of makeup, or a consequnce of not cleansing the skin properly? Mine tend to come and go so I find it difficult to identify a discernable pattern of what's causing it!
